Alissa Karsten of 811 Highland Ave., daughter of Linda Karsten and Wesley Durant, has been placed on the dean’s list for the fall semester at SUNY Cortland, where the Rome Free Academy graduate is a senior. She is majoring in early childhood and childhood education, with a concentration in humanities.
