NEW HARTFORD — A "Demo Derby" will be held when the Mohawk Valley Quilt Club meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the First Methodist Church, 105 Genessee St.

This month along with our monthly meeting the group is having the Demo Derby. Three members will demonstrate "quick, fun projects," club officials said.

If you are not a member and would like to be one or just see what we are all about, your first meeting is free, they said.
