ONEIDA — A Rome teen-ager is accused of harassing another person over the telephone.

Police said Brandon M. Williams, 17, of Cherrywood Lane, was ticketed on Friday for harassing a person in Oneida over the telephone.

Williams is charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Jan. 13.
