VERONA — Jason Weiner has been named beverage manager at Turning Stone Resort Casino.
He will oversee the beverage operations at the resort’s many restaurants and lounges.
He most recently was restaurant management consultant and general manager for the James Street Tavern/Premier Wine & Spirits in Wilmington, Del. Weiner previously was restaurant manager at Claws Seafood House in Wilmington and food and beverage director at four locations of the Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center-headquartered in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
He earned his associate degree in culinary arts and his bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He resides in Clinton.
