A 42-year-old man was charged Friday night with making a scene outside the Tops Market in Freedom Plaza.

Police said Bruce L. Clark, of 6886 Verona Mills Road, Verona, refused to stop shouting profanities in the grocery store parking lot at 10:15 p.m. Police said Clark was drawing a crowd. Clark is charged with disorderly conduct.

Authorities said Clark was held in lockup overnight to await arraignment today in City Court.
